This article reveals an analysis of the legislative framework for the organization of interaction between citizens' self-governing bodies and internal affairs bodies, the possibilities and prospects of their interaction, based on this analysis, a concept is proposed for organizing such interaction, which is based on coordination and public control as methods of managing public processes.
