IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NORMS OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOR ORGANIZATION CONVENTIONS ON FORCED LABOR IN THE LABOR LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article expresses opinions on the process of implementation and specific aspects of the norms of the International Labor Organization conventions on forced labor in the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, mechanisms to eliminate the consequences of involvement in forced labor and the work carried out by the Republic of Uzbekistan against forced labor and the results of cooperation with the International Labor Organization are described, as well as proposals are made to fight against forced labor.
