The author of the article sheds light on the guarantees of the rights and material security of minors in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; a number of changes and additions to this legislation in recent years and their importance and effectiveness.
In addition, some features and problems of enforcement of court decisions related to the financial support of minors were analyzed on the basis of statistical data on the example of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and suggestions were made for further improvement of the legislation in this area.
