LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE TRANSITION TO THE ELECTRICITY MARKET

The article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of the reform of the energy sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The peculiarities of electricity as a commodity, the level of development of the country's economy, various forms of ownership in the electric power industry, the political system of the country, the interests of individual production organizations (companies) leave their imprint on the model of the electricity market.
