THE CONCEPT AND TYPES OF CORRUPTION RISKS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Currently, the sphere of construction projects is a sphere that includes several stages and, in this area, state policy is implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of construction and a number of other state structures.
Nevertheless, there are a number of systematic shortcomings in this area, and a lot of practical works have been carried out to eliminate them and prevent corruption crimes.
The article deals with corruption risks in the sphere of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their elimination, as well as best practices of foreign countries in this regard.
