Abstract

This article analyzes some issues related to the legal regulation of professional sports in Uzbekistan. The importance of certain standards and principles of public administration in the field of intellectual property protection in the field of professional sports in Uzbekistan, registration of transfer agreements is emphasized. The article also discusses the features of digitalization of the management of professional sports. The necessity of compliance with certain rules and principles when drawing up contracts with sponsors and general sponsors, which play an important role in ensuring the material and technical base of the activities of professional sports organizations, is analyzed. The general issues of legal regulation of various issues related to advertising are analyzed in professional relations. The correlation of the powers of state bodies with public associations in relation to professional sports is analyzed. It is particularly highlighted that fundamental changes in the socio-economic life of our country and the construction of the state lead to significant changes in the socio-cultural activities of society, including in the field of physical education and in the national system of physical education. As a result of the transition to market relations based on objective laws of the specific development of sports, the need for the state to establish basic principles in the process of formation and development of professional sports is justified.
