Abstract

The events taking place in the modern world, technological progress and the expansion of the information space are characterized by their globality. The process of globalization has penetrated and is developing in all industries. As a result of globalization, in particular, the development of crime in the international arena forces States to carry out various actions aimed at combating and preventing crime in all possible ways. The result is the presence of the rights of the Yang formation assistant in the kelishig service or existing forms of cycle development that require this. In this article, the author scientifically substantiated the effective activity and importance of joint investigative groups, which are a form of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between states in the international arena. Also, the idea related to the further development of this activity was the one that carried out the work and gave the author's definition of the concept of joint investigative teams.
