The Development Strategy of new priority areas of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 creates an efficient system for the timely identification and elimination of the causes of offenses, ensures public safety, brings the crime prevention system to a qualitatively new level, creates a new image for law enforcement agencies and directs their activities to effectively protect the interests of the people, human dignity, rights, and freedoms.
The normative-legal documents regulating the activities of makhalla (people`s residential area) law enforcement agencies, the current state and topical issues of service in makhalla law enforcement agencies and ongoing work, problems arising in this field, as well as the ways to address them have been thoroughly analyzed.
