FEATURES OF QUALIFICATION OF THE CRIME LEAD TO THE ACT OF SUICIDE UNDER AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES

The article highlights some issues related to the qualification of a crime committed to suicide, highlights the features of circumstances aggravating liability provided for by current legislation and reflects the impact of these aggravating circumstances on qualification, in connection with which, analyzing criminal legislation and best practices of some foreign countries, proposals and recommendations have been developed.
