Housing provision is one of the important indicators of the development of social life, a key factor in the level of welfare of the population. Social relations related to meeting the housing needs of citizens are gaining a new look and content in today's market economy. In this article, the specifics of currently housing are being studied on the basis of a theoretical and practical information. The article also analyzes national and foreign experience in housing and provides practical suggestions.
