LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE LEASING OBJECT DELIVERY

In this article, based on the provisions of Civil legislation, an analysis of liability of the lessor and the seller for violations of the terms of the leasing object delivery agreement is carried out, amendments and additions to the legislation are proposed to strengthen contractual discipline in the process of leasing object delivery.
