THE ROLE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF UZBEKISTAN

This article discusses the role and importance of intellectual property. The intellectual property becomes a major strategic resource, that ensure the competitiveness of economic agent, both a state in general, and an individual business in particular.
In addition, the article discusses the problems of regulatory provisions of the legislation on intellectual property and also developed proposals to improve the principles of formation and development of intellectual property in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
