LEGALIZATION OF REVENUE FROM CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES: HISTORICAL REVIEW

This article analyzes the general concept of concept of legalization of incomes received from criminal activities. The author drew attention to the fact that the legalization of income derived from criminal activity represents a serious threat to national interests, since it is a necessary condition for the creation and functioning of organized crime in various spheres of social life.
