INTERPRETATION OF THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PRIVATIZATION OF NON-AGRICULTURAL LAND

This article analyzes the main features of the privatization of land not intended for agriculture: legality; voluntariness; reward; the unity of the privatized land plots and the real estate objects located on them; prisms of openness and transparency. Also, due to the nature of the online auction process, the abolition of state property rights, the privatization of non-agricultural land plots, the problems of determining the legal status of land plots, and real estate located on them were revealed.
