Abstract

The article analyzes the genesis and current state of reforms carried out in the system of internal affairs bodies of the European Union states as Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg, as well as the main points and legal bases of the transition to a police model. Also, proposals have been developed for the transition to the police model of the internal affairs bodies in Uzbekistan.

Studying the experience of these countries is important in terms of improving the activities of internal affairs bodies and developing proposals into national legislation for the transition to a police model.
