THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRIMINAL LAW NORMS ESTABLISHING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A MOTHER FOR THE DELIBERATE MURDER OF HER INFANT

In this article, the author conducts a retrospective analysis of the content of the norms governing the history, specifics and liability of the crime of intentional murder of a child by a mother in criminal law. The author proves that in historical periods the mother had a different approach to assessing the crime of intentional murder of her child, and in this regard, the specificity of the period of formation of the norms of criminal law in Uzbekistan. In turn, a number of proposals were made to improve the criminal legislation.
