ON THE SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF CYBERTERRORISM

Despite the fact that cyberterrorism, which is currently one of the most dangerous forms of terrorism, is one of the most pressing issues, there are no clear concepts in the current legislation and legal law of our country that regulate and cover issues related to cyberterrorism. Therefore, this article contains proposals to improve the effectiveness of the fight against cyberterrorism, as well as to reveal the basic concepts in this area, the history of the origin and development of cyberterrorism, as well as changes and additions to the legislation.
