SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS COMMITTING EXTORTION

The article provides a scientific and comparative analysis of the factors contributing to extortion. The author scientifically substantiates the socio-economic, organizational and managerial in the process of social relations as a factor of extortion, as well as moral and psychological factors that reflect the individual characteristics of the offender. Based on the analysis, the author scientifically substantiates that the subjective and objective factors that cause extortion are interdependent, reinforce, and are also causal and correlate with all phenomena and processes in society, especially criminogenic ones.
