ПРАВОВОЙ И ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ ОБЯЗАННОСТЕЙ РОДИТЕЛЕЙ ДЕТЕЙ, СВЯЗАННЫХ С НАСИЛИЕМ

В статье проводится анализ понятия насилия среди несовершеннолетних в международном праве и национальном законодательстве, анализ видов насилия и наиболее распространенного вида насилия, причины мотивов насилия у несовершеннолетних и мнения ученых по его профилактике и устранению, правовые и практические обязанности родителей в подобных случаях, рекомендации международных исследователей по этому поводу, а также анализ правовой ответственности родителей в национальном законодательстве.
