THE PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE OF USING MEDIATION IN RESOLVING FAMILY DISPUTES

This article describes the specifics, goals and objectives of mediation in resolving family disputes, the work being done to ensure reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of the parties and the introduction of mediation, one of the modern mechanisms for resolving their problems in family law. The mediation method of resolving family disputes has also been analyzed by legal scholars based on research in the field and the experience of developed countries.
