REGISTRATION OF SYMBOLS OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

The article analyzes the general description of the administrative procedures for the registration of symbols of non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan, the prospects for improving the administrative procedures for the state registration of symbols of non-profit organizations of a public association, a public foundation, an institution in an organizational and legal form in Uzbekistan. The article also examines the features of digitization of the provision of public services to non-profit organizations in a pandemic. Practical proposals are based on foreign experience in providing public services, such as state registration of non-profit organizations, state registration of their symbols, notification. These proposals are presented within the framework of the draft code of non-profit organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is planned to be adopted.
