PROCEDURE OF APPOINTMENT OF PUNISHMENT AND TYPES OF PUNISHMENT APPOINTED TO MINORS IN UZBEKISTAN

In this article is analyzed the concept, system and specific features of punishment imposed on juveniles, the procedure for imposing these types of punishments, as well as issues related to the liability and release of juveniles from punishment. In addition, problematic situations in the practice of sentencing juveniles were studied and analyzed on the basis of foreign experience. Also, proposals were developed to improve the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
