LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SECTORAL LEGISLATION IN SOCIAL PROTECTION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

The article analyzes the current state reforms in Uzbekistan in the field of protecting the rights of persons with disabilities from a scientific and practical point of view. At the later stages of the development of the state, a number of legal foundations were created for the implementation of the rights of citizens with disabilities. The created legal framework has been developed in accordance with the requirements of national legislation and international standards, which are crucial for ensuring the rights of this category of people. The article also provides a socio-legal analysis of the Law on the rights of Persons with Disabilities on a comparative basis.
