A BRIEF HISTORY OF EXTRADITION

This article will be focused on a brief history of the world development of extradition, including the times of antiquity, flesh to modern times, since the institution of extradition made a great contribution to the development of international law in general. To understand the essence of the institution of extradition, it is necessary to consider it through a historical prism, which ultimately will allow making scientific conclusions.
