PROHIBITION OF FORCED LABOR AS A PRINCIPLE OF LABOR RIGHTS

In this article, the principle of the prohibition of forced labor is analyzed as one of the principles of labor law. The principle of the prohibition of forced labor is reflected in the norms of labor legislation and reflected in the main directions of the state labor legal policy. Also, theoretical and practical problems that hinder the implementation of the principle of the prohibition of forced labor are being developed, as well as proposals for their solution.
