SUBJECTS OF LABOR DISPUTES

Abstract
This article highlights the legal status of all subjects of labor relations as subjects of labor disputes. The concept of "a person who refuses to sign an employment contract" and the concept of "former employee" are defined in labor law. In addition, as a result of scientific research, recommendations have been developed for improving labor legislation.
