PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF CRIMINALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR INSPECTION OF THE ACCIDENT PLACE

Based on the scientific views and opinions of forensic scientists, the article analyzes the approaches to defining the goals and objectives of forensic support of the scene, scientifically substantiated that the goals of forensic support for the inspection of the scene of the incident consists of final and intermediate goals, as well as the intermediate goals of this investigative action consist of such components , as organizational, technological and evaluation and control. In addition, proceeding from the fact that the purpose of forensic support of the scene should be considered through the specifics of this investigative action - the specificity of the task, scientific recommendations were given that the tasks of forensic support of the scene of the incident consist of organizational and forensic, technical and forensic, tactical and forensic and assessment and control tasks.
