SPECIFICS OF CODIFICATION OF ENTEPRENEUAL LAWS IN SOME ASIAN COUNTRIES

In this article experience on codification of entepreneual laws of some Asina states was analyzed. The author analyzes the specifics of codification of entepreneual laws implemented in Japan and Thailand. Taking into account that the Republic of Uzbekistan has several hundred normative legal acts which regulate activities of business entities, some scholars and lawyers support idea on codification of these laws and develop a draft Entrepreneurial Code in order to improve and liberalize legislation in this area. The adoption of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing for the development of the draft Entrepreneurial Code, entrusts the implementation of deliberate work in this area on the part of scientists, practicing lawyers and government agencies. Having analyzed international experience in the codification of entepreneual laws, the author formulated own suggestions on codification of entepreneual laws in our country.
