PROPER ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SECTORS IS A GUARANTEE OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF CITIZENS

Abstract

In order to unconditionally implement the tasks, radically improve the forms and methods of organizing work and reporting, first of all, to the public, improve the quality and standard of living of the population, decisively eradicate the manifestations of irresponsibility of heads of state bodies and comprehensive support for the initiatives of local government bodies, sectors have been created. The article reveals the importance of the activities of the sectors in communicating with the public and working with appeals, its legal basis, proposals and recommendations for the effective organization of the activities of the sectors.
