Abstract

The article discusses the legal basis of trade union organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. As well as this article also analyzes the legal status of a trade union, a primary trade union organization, an association of trade unions, and a division of trade unions. In addition, some proposals are offered to improve the implementation of legislation on trade unions.
