THE ROLE AND FEATURES OF LAW ENFORCEMENTS ACTS IN REALIZATION OF LAW

The article analyzes the role, feature and classification of law enforcement acts. It also reveals the specifics of enforcement in a pandemic. Suggestions were made to develop the rules of legal and technical design and improve the regulatory framework for the adoption of enforcement acts in electronic form.
