CONCEPT, TYPES AND CRIMINAL LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUCH CRIME AS RAPE OF PERFORMED GROUP OF PERSONS

In this article analyzes the legal and regulatory documents used in the investigation of such crimes as rape, and also studies the scientific and theoretical sources in the investigation of such crimes. The issues are highlighted during the implementation of tactical actions by investigators and investigators investigating crimes of rape committed by a group of people. Based on the results of the study and analysis of legal and scientific literature on criminal procedure and legislation, proposals and scientific recommendations on improving methods and tactics for investigating crimes against sexual freedom committed by a group of people are presented.
