The development of documents regulating artificial intelligence requires clarity in the legal concept of “artificial intelligence”. Legal doctrines define the concept of “artificial intelligence” in terms of specific sciences. The development of artificial intelligence and its use in the field of information security requires the development of a clear legal term at the stages of international legal regulation of these technologies. This article is devoted to the topic of the formation of the concept of artificial intelligence in the field of information security. The article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence technologies) in the field of information security, the stages of formation of the concept of artificial intelligence, and scientific and practical theories.
