SPECIFIC FEATURES OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OVER THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS IN INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

This article analyzes issues of combating corruption in the judicial system and its prevention based on national legislation and advanced foreign experience. In the article, based on Presidential Decree No. PF–39 dated February 12, 2024, examines corruption risks in the judicial system, mechanisms for monitoring judges' activities, as well as issues of transparency and openness. By comparatively analyzing the experience of countries such as the USA, Germany, Singapore, and France, the article highlights the possibility of developing effective models for Uzbekistan and achieving positive outcomes.
