The founding documents and legal framework of international organizations determine their legitimacy and are an important condition for their activities. It emphasizes that the powers and scope of activities of organizations should be in accordance with the norms of international law. The author presents these and other important considerations in this article. In particular, according to the author, the activities of organizations in the economic and security spheres serve stability and development in the region, they play an important role in strengthening international cooperation.
