ISSUES OF IMPROVING NATIONAL LEGISLATION RELATED TO THE LEGAL REGULATION OF CORPORATE LEGAL RELATIONS

This article, based on the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries and the opinions of theoretical scientists, proposes to improve the national legislation related to the legal regulation of corporate legal relations, to the current Civil Code and the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Certain Issues of Resolving Corporate Disputes by Economic Courts", and conducts scientific discussions. In particular, the concepts of "corporation", "corporate legal relations" are defined, and an attempt is made to clarify the structure of corporate legal relations, that is, the object, subject and content.
