Abstract

This scientific article develops the concept of a “Criminological Signal System (Real-Time Alerts)” that predicts the risk of crime and automatically sends signals to law enforcement agencies based on real-time monitoring of criminogenic factors such as an increase in the share of previously convicted persons in the regions, an increase in the unemployment rate, a sharp increase in the number of family conflicts and appeals. The study scientifically substantiates the integration of criminological factors, statistical analysis and institutional mechanisms.
