THE CONCEPT OF HOMESTEAD LANDS AND THEIR LEGAL STATUS IN LAND LEGISLATION

This article, on the basis of the relevant regulatory legal acts, analyzes the concept and legal regime of homestead lands, their difference from the land plot of the dekhkan farm. A legal definition of the concept of homestead land has been provided. The author has developed the concept of "homestead land" and gives practical suggestions for further improvement of land legislation.
