SOME OPINIONS ON IMPROVING THE JUDICIAL ORDER

In this article, the content and procedure for issuing a court order, problems of legislation on this issue, the effective use of information and communication technologies in order to further simplify the work of issuing a court order, the grounds for canceling a court order, expanding the range of requirements for issuing a court order, are analyzed in detail experience of foreign countries in this direction.
