SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF ABSENTIA PROCEEDINGS IN CIVIL PROCEDURE

This scientific article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of the foundations of the institution of absentee proceedings in civil proceedings. At the same time, special attention is paid to some problems of legal regulation of the institution of absentee proceedings in civil proceedings. The experience of foreign countries and judicial practice in this area were studied, on the basis of which conclusions, proposals, and recommendations were developed on improving the procedural order for the consideration and resolution of civil cases in absentia.
