FEATURES OF LEASING LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In this article, based on the provisions of the Civil Law, the author considers features of leasing legal economic relationships and various approaches to the definition of leasing, analyzes the subjects of leasing legal relationships and the way of using of leasing objects.
