TRANSFORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF OPERATIONAL SEARCH MEASURES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article presents a scientific analysis of the determinants that influenced the transformation of the
operational-search measures system in modern conditions. It is noted that the change in the vectors
of criminal activity influenced the development of the operational-search measures system. The
scientific views of scientists on the change in the directions of criminal activity are analyzed, crimes
committed using information technologies, drug addiction, extremism and terrorism, human
trafficking and illegal migration are scientifically studied as important determinants of changes in
operational-search tools. Based on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative changes in crimes
committed by women and against women, their impact on the evolution of operational-search tools
is predicted.
