THE ROLE OF COPYRIGHT AGREEMENTS IN THE MEDIA

The issue of concluding a contract is a complex process. At the same time, the interests of the two
parties collide in the process and in many cases end in disputes. A party to the dispute will definitely
apply to the arbitration court so that it can fulfill its rights and obligations. This article examines
copyright agreements in the media, their meaning, characteristics and history. It tells in detail what a
copyright agreement is, how to draw it up correctly, what a copyright agreement includes, what types
of copyright agreements exist.
