ISSUES OF THE INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This article will analyze the issues of the introduction of digital technologies in the management of
the neighborhood. In particular, the organization of the” online neighborhood " platform, its goals
and practical capabilities are covered. Through the platform, the possibilities of digitization of the
system of working in the neighborhood, real-time analysis of the socio-economic status of citizens,
support for employment and entrepreneurial initiatives are considered. Also, the role of the principles
of digital transformation in the management of the neighborhood, the mechanisms for assessing the
activities of neighborhoods and the formation of a development rating are analyzed. On the basis of
world experience and promising directions, proposals will be put forward for a more extensive
implementation of digital technologies in local management.
