ISSUES OF COMBATING OFFENSES RELATED TO THE ILLICIT TRAFFICKING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE

The article highlights the issues of combating offenses related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs
and psychotropic substances among young people, the basics of international and national legislation,
domestic and foreign experience in eliminating factors that negatively affect the nation's gene pool
through early prevention of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well
as the suppression of new methods of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs. psychotropic and potent
substances, especially on the Internet, and the improvement of necessary measures in this direction.
