Abstract

This scientific article examines the issues of real independence of lawyers, their procedural status, as
well as guarantees of their professional activity at any stage of work. At the same time, scientific
views are expressed on the unimpeded implementation of their activities. In addition, scientific views
of legal scholars on this issue were also expressed. The author developed a reasoned proposal and
conclusions on the topic
