Abstract

This article is devoted to studying the theoretical aspects of the implementation of the right of legislative
initiative. It analyzes the essence, significance, principles, and forms of implementation of the right of
legislative initiative. It also examines the subjects of legislative initiative, their rights and obligations, as
well as the procedure for developing and submitting draft laws. At the end of the article, proposals and
recommendations are developed for the effective implementation of the right of legislative initiative. This
