ISSUES OF LEGAL INTERPRETATION IN THEORIES OF THE ESSENCE OF LAW: A THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

This article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of issues of legal interpretation in various
theories of the essence of law. The author explores how different definitions and approaches to law
affect the process of legal interpretation. At the same time, the importance of basic concepts such as
the purpose of law, justice, and legality in legal interpretation is also analyzed. Based on the results
of the analysis, relevant conclusions are formed. The article may be useful for lawyers, researchers,
and anyone interested in law.
