ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF COMBATING CORRUPTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The scientific article presents a relevant analysis, with special attention paid to current and planned organizational and legal issues of combating corruption in the field of education, including higher education institutions. Scientifically based proposals and conclusions have also been developed to eliminate shortcomings in this area, as well as to solve existing problems. At the same time, special attention is paid to the scientific views of scientists.
