SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE QUALIFICATION OF KIDNAPPING

At the beginning of the article, the concept of qualification of an act is revealed. The signs of a crime in relation to kidnapping are revealed. The article reveals some issues of qualifying kidnapping. The article reveals the specifics of the qualification of kidnapping in two parts of Article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan: the first and the second. The issues of the qualification of kidnapping are described: in relation to a minor, for selfish or other base motives, by prior agreement of a group of people, repeatedly or by a dangerous repeat offender.
